What’s your coaching philosophy in action?
I meet clients where they are, creating a safe space where they can be vulnerable about sharing their needs, aspirations, and what’s most important to them. I work with each client to get to the root cause of what’s holding them back from reaching their full potential.
What’s the leadership challenge you’re known for solving?
I help clients make a life-changing impact on their mindsets by guiding them to uncover the root of negative thinking that may be clouding their decisions, undermining their executive presence, and affecting interpersonal relationships—both personal and professional. I’ve observed tangible, often immediate, results with many of my clients by leveraging neuroscience-based assessments and translating them into concrete, real-life applications.
Describe your ideal coaching client.
I especially enjoy working with C-suite executives and leaders within healthcare systems. My ideal client is open-minded, curious about all possibilities, and ready to put in the work and be intentional about their leadership development. It’s incredibly fulfilling to co-create and partner with clients on their leadership development journey.
What would surprise people about your approach?
Some might be surprised that my approach is both direct and empathetic. I’m an advocate who will challenge clients to achieve growth they didn’t know was possible, while creating a safe space where trust serves as the foundation. In fact, trust among leaders in healthcare was the focus of my doctoral dissertation research.
What’s a leadership breakthrough you’ve witnessed?
I use neuroscience-based assessments to help clients identify patterns in their thinking and how they handle situations. I’ve observed complete transformations in numerous clients after we debrief these assessments and uncover the root cause of their limiting thoughts. The best part is that many clients see their relationships with colleagues dramatically improve once they become aware of the impact they have on interactions, both professionally and personally.
What’s your unique background experience?
My educational journey—from Biology (BS) to Biotechnology Management (MS) to my PhD in Organizational Leadership—taught me to blend science with business acumen and interpersonal dynamics. This combination helps me identify the “secret sauce” for transforming low-performing teams into highly functional, successful ones.

My executive coaching experience spans diverse healthcare sectors, including hospital systems, pharma, biotech, and medical devices. Beyond healthcare, I’ve coached executives at major technology companies (Google, Apple, Meta, Amazon), food and beverage brands (Kraft Heinz, Nestle), plus leaders in insurance, automobile, and public sector organizations.

What myth about executive coaching do you love to bust?
Leaders who say they are too busy for executive coaching are exactly the leaders who need coaching most! If they are not putting their wellbeing first, then burnout becomes a real possibility.
