Many healthcare professionals might recognize Will as a speaker at national conferences focusing on the changing healthcare landscape. Known as a problem solver and systems thinker, Will’s healthcare career includes executive roles at health systems and board membership at various hospital and industry organizations. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of an independent health system.
Will received his master’s degree in Manufacturing Technology and Construction Management from Colorado State University, where he also earned his Ph.D. focusing on Organizational Behavior and Change Management. His ongoing professional training includes an MBA from Wake Forest University and certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Malcolm Baldrige Examiner.
