With decades of HR consulting and leadership coaching under her belt, Amy has a deep understanding of the behaviors and dynamics that drive culture, influence, and performance in organizations. Previously, Amy served as senior vice president and chief people officer at Centura Health, where she advanced strategic priorities and the evolution of human resources. In that role, Amy was responsible for articulating a vision for human resources that translated strategic priorities into operational imperatives and advanced the ongoing evolution of human resources to an integrated and strategic model.
Throughout her career, Amy has served in numerous nonprofit boards. Most recently, she served as chair of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and as board and executive committee member of Catholic Charities. Amy also serves on the COCPA Board and MDAB Career Advisory Board for Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
Amy earned her master’s degree in Leadership and Organizations with a specialty in Human Capacity at the University of Denver, and a bachelor’s in Organizational Management (emphasis in Human Resources) at the Colorado Christian University. She also has advanced certifications in dispute resolution, social and emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion education, executive and team coaching.
