Cheryl Foss, a MEDI Executive Coach, has over 20 years of Leadership Development, Team Development, Strategy Development, Organization Design, and Change Management experience. She integrates extensive experience and deep knowledge in these areas in her work as an executive coach and consultant to elevate performance in complex systems and help executives achieve unsurpassed results.
Cheryl has deep experience in healthcare as well as significant experience across industries in Hi-tech, academia, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, financial, consulting, government and non-profit organizations. She draws from her understanding of organizational, interpersonal and leadership dynamics in her coaching approach to ensure the greatest impact with her clients. Cheryl has assisted clients in mergers, building their executive teams, creating and deploying their strategies, building relationships, redesigning organizations, and many other leadership challenges.
Cheryl graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with her Masters in Social Work specializing in the work environment. She also received her Bachelors in Business specializing in Management Development from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is certified in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and specializes in many other assessments in her coaching work.
