Gregory Morrison, MD, MBA is an executive coach and physician leader with expertise in strategic alignment of medical staff and administrative leaders. He recently transitioned from his role as OhioHealth Vice President for Educational Partnerships and Professional Diversity. Gregory is passionate about creating strong relationships between executive and physician leaders. He is a lifelong learner and skilled change manager that has advanced knowledge in LEAN management and organizational transformation. He is passionate about developing physician leaders and executives so they are better equipped to lead systematic and sustainable initiatives throughout their organizations.
In addition to his degree from Duke University Medical School, he completed a plastic surgery residency at Ohio State University and a general surgery residency at New York Medical College Hospitals. Gregory also has a Master in Business Administration from the Fisher College of business at Ohio State University. Gregory completed his executive coaching certification through the prestigious College of Executive Coaching and is finalizing his accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Gregory serves on various community boards and is passionate about mentoring today’s youth. He sings as a tenor in a chancel choir and enjoys playing the piano.
